Purpose: Easily upload social content directly to your Lyvecom account

Intended Audience: Brand Managers, Content Creators, Ecommerce Teams

When uploading a video to your Lyvecom Library, you have the option to import content directly from your TikTok or Instagram account. This helps you repurpose high-performing social videos for your site with just a few clicks.

You can select from three import options:

• TikTok

• TikTok/Instagram URL

• Instagram

TikTok Import

Use this option to connect directly to your TikTok account and select from your existing uploads.

Steps:

1. Select TikTok from the upload options

2. You’ll be taken to a screen showing all of your uploaded TikToks

3. Click on the video you’d like to use (it will highlight with a blue outline)

4. Click Upload to confirm

TikTok/Instagram URL

Use this option if you have a direct link to a video you want to upload from either TikTok or Instagram.

Steps:

1. Select TikTok/Instagram URL

2. Paste the video link into the field provided

3. Click Import

Instagram Import

Use this option to connect directly to your Instagram account and select from your existing video content.

Steps:

1. Select Instagram from the upload options

2. You’ll be taken to a screen with your Instagram video library

3. Click on the video you’d like to use (a blue outline will appear)

4. Click Upload to complete

Once imported, your videos will be available in the Lyvecom Library for editing, tagging, and adding to playlists or grids.
