Embedding Shoppable Videos on Your Shopify Store

This guide will walk you through how to embed Lyvecom shoppable videos directly into your Shopify store—either within product descriptions or individual page sections.

Step 1: Create Your Video Campaign

  • Click New Playlist → Video to start a new video campaign. 

Step 2: Publish the Video

Once your story is complete, click Publish Video.

Step 3: Copy the Embed Code

  • In the Publish Story view, select the Custom HTML option.

  • Copy the provided embed code.

Step 4: Embed the Code in Shopify

There are two ways to embed your shoppable video:

Option 1: HTML Product Description

Paste the embed code directly into the HTML of your product description in your Shopify admin.

Option 2: Custom Liquid Section

  • Use Shopify’s page builder or a tool like Shogun.

  • Add a Custom Liquid or Custom HTML section to your page.

  • Paste the embed code there.

Note: If you do not see an option for a Custom Liquid/HTML section, you may need to create or edit a code template in your Shopify theme files.

Step 5: Preview and Save

  • Shopify may take a moment to propagate changes.

  • Use an incognito browser window to preview instantly.

  • Once satisfied, click Save.

Your shoppable video is now live and ready to engage your customers directly on your product or landing page.
